A wearable robot rental is not the same as a standard ticket. Exo Motion needs to confirm user suitability, rental dates, delivery details, device availability and the return workflow. Payment therefore supports both a direct guest booking and the controls required to release a unit responsibly.
Exo Motion does not collect or store card details inside the website. The rental booking page collects the operational details, then uses Stripe-hosted checkout for the rental charge and a separate security-deposit authorisation.

Stripe Checkout charges the calculated rental fee at A$129 per unit per rental day. One day is A$129 and two days are A$258, before any refund or adjustment permitted under the Terms of Hire.
Stripe then requests a separate A$1,500 card pre-authorisation for each unit. This is a security hold rather than an additional rental purchase. Release, capture and adjustment follow the written rental terms and applicable consumer rights.
Exo Motion confirms the booking, delivers to the agreed Sydney or available Blue Mountains location, completes fitting support, and confirms how the unit will be returned. Guests should review the safety and suitability guide before use.
After return, Exo Motion records the unit status, inspects it and reconciles the payment and deposit hold. Approved refunds or partial refunds are managed through the payment record rather than by collecting card details again.
Every booking channel has its own requirements, acceptance process and product category rules. The safest preparation is to make Exo Motion’s own booking data structured from day one: source, external reference, session date, pickup location, payment status and return status. That does not guarantee acceptance by any platform, but it makes future reconciliation much easier.
