What is included in the A$2,499 price?

The listed price is for one Exo Motion Pro with personal fitting, operating guidance, training and a 12-month written warranty. It is an outright purchase, not a subscription. The intended user needs to be suitable for the device before proceeding.

Start with a free consultation. For eligible Sydney customers, a home visit lets the person and family assess fit, comfort and how the powered hip assistance feels before deciding. There is no obligation to purchase during the visit.

Delivery: A$80

The customer pays A$80 for initial delivery. One Exo Motion Pro is A$2,499 plus A$80 delivery, making A$2,579 in total. Orders are dispatched within one business day after confirmation, with up to two further business days for delivery. Total delivery time is within three business days after order confirmation. We confirm the delivery address before payment.

The free consultation and eligible Sydney home visit, personal fitting, guided trial and training remain available. The delivery charge is separate from these services. Fitting and support arrangements outside Sydney are confirmed before purchase.

Private purchase or assessed AT-HM funding

A private buyer pays the agreed purchase amount directly. If you rely on Support at Home funding, ask your provider to confirm assessed need, the approved item, available allocation, any participant contribution and who places the order. A funding tier is not approval for a particular product.

Exo Motion can provide supplier documents and coordinate with the nominated provider after written consent. Read the AT-HM funding guide and the qualified funding-cost example before making a financial commitment. Do not buy first on the assumption that the provider will reimburse you.

Seven-day change-of-mind returns

You may return an unused unit in its original packaging within seven days of receiving it under our change-of-mind policy. Used units do not qualify for this voluntary policy.

Contact info@exomotion.com.au or call 0451 810 427 within the seven-day window for return instructions before posting the unit. Customers arrange and pay the return postage. The initial delivery charge is A$80, paid by the customer.

These seven-day, unused-condition and original-packaging requirements apply only to change-of-mind returns. They do not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty products. If a fault is confirmed, reasonable return costs will be reimbursed as required by law.

Warranty and ongoing support

The 12-month written warranty is additional to applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Ask how servicing, battery replacement and any costs outside warranty will be handled; the purchase price is not a promise of unlimited consumables or maintenance.

A warranty, a voluntary change-of-mind policy and consumer guarantees are different protections. Information about consumer guarantees is available from the ACCC. Nothing on this page removes rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.

Questions to settle before paying

• Can the intended user already walk independently, follow instructions and achieve a comfortable fit?
• Have you discussed balance, falls concerns or changing mobility with the relevant clinician?
• Does the written quotation identify the unit, battery configuration, included items and final amount payable?
• Are delivery, fitting, training, warranty and any funding arrangements confirmed?
