Home delivery and personal fitting
Exo Motion Pro is brought to an eligible Sydney address and adjusted for the intended user before the rental begins.

Before you pay: the calculated rental fee is charged first at A$129 per day. A separate A$1,500 per-unit Stripe security deposit pre-authorisation is required before release. The deposit is a card hold, not an upfront rental charge, and is released after return and inspection under the Terms of Hire. Cancel 48 hours or more before delivery for a full rental-fee refund. Weather or no-fit-on-day cases can be rescheduled or refunded under the Terms of Hire. Read how payment and the deposit hold work.

Booking details are sent to Exo Motion support at info@exomotion.com.au. If online submission is unavailable, the form opens an email fallback to the same address.
Safe use
Using it safely.
The unit assists your walking. It does not change what the terrain is, and it does not remove your judgement.
Walking pace only
Do not use it for running, jumping or scrambling. It is built for walking pace and for climbing where your hands stay free.
No climbing or water crossings
Do not use it for rock climbing, canyoning, abseiling or any water crossing. The unit is IP54 splash resistant, not waterproof.
Stay on formed tracks
Use constructed walking tracks only. Do not use the unit on off-track or unformed routes, icy or snow-covered surfaces.
Normal daypack only
Do not carry another person, or any load beyond a normal daypack, while wearing the unit.
Wet surfaces
Wet stone and wet steel steps are slippery whether or not you are wearing an exoskeleton. Slow down, use the handrail and take descents carefully.
Weather reschedule
If conditions are unsuitable, reschedule with us at no cost before release.

Payment control
Stripe Checkout charges the rental fee and separately authorises the refundable security deposit. Exo Motion does not store card details on the website.

Rental booking questions.
How much does it cost?
The current Exo Motion rental fee is A$129 per day. The booking page calculates the total automatically from your start and end date: one day is A$129, two days is A$258 per unit. A separate refundable A$1,500 security deposit pre-authorisation is required for each unit before release and is handled through Stripe Checkout.
Can I book from a hotel or QR code?
Yes. The page is designed as the QR destination for brochures, visitor information, hotels, tourism stores and direct visitors. Guests can watch the demo, select delivery or handover details, choose date and size details, check availability, pay, complete waiver support and contact Exo Motion.
Is availability live?
The availability panel reads active paid bookings from the Netlify booking store. Bookings require at least 24 hours notice, so today's date is blocked. Availability is limited and changes as bookings are paid.
Does this imply a confirmed hotel or venue partner?
No. This page describes Exo Motion's booking model and partner onboarding plan. It does not imply endorsement, appointment or an active venue partnership unless publicly announced.
Who can use Exo Motion?
Eligible users must be 190 cm or under, between 40 kg and 150 kg, able to walk independently and able to follow fitting guidance. Exo Motion Pro provides walking assistance and fatigue support; it is not a wheelchair, medical treatment or full body-weight support device.
Can I really use it on stairs?
Yes. Stairs are what it is built for. Our technology partner has operated this device commercially for more than two years on Mount Tai in China, a climb of over 6,000 stone steps. The Giant Stairway's 998 steps and the stepped sections of Wentworth Falls Track and the Grand Canyon Track are well within what it was designed to handle. Take wet or worn stone slowly, and use the handrail.
How far can I actually walk in a day?
That depends on you rather than the unit. A full-day hire comfortably covers day one of the Grand Cliff Top Walk, around 11 km, or the Prince Henry Cliff Walk, around 7 km, with time for lookouts. Pick a route you could complete unaided and treat the assistance as the reason you finish it feeling good.
Do you offer multi-day hire?
Yes. Select the rental start date and end date during booking. The system calculates A$129 per day automatically, so two days is A$258 per unit.
