Buying from Exo Motion
Purchase terms, delivery and returns.
Read these published purchase conditions alongside your written quotation and warranty documents. Ask us about anything that is unclear before making payment.
Your supplier
Exo Motion Pty Ltd, ABN 45 698 777 383, supplies Exo Motion Pro in Australia. We visit eligible Sydney customers by appointment; we do not operate a walk-in shop.
Email info@exomotion.com.au or call 0451 810 427 for purchase and support questions.
Price and what is included
One Exo Motion Pro costs A$2,499 plus A$80 initial delivery: A$2,579 total. Personal fitting, operating guidance, training and a 12-month written warranty are included. This is an outright purchase, not a subscription.
Confirm the model, battery configuration, included items, delivery address, fitting arrangements and final amount in your written quotation before payment. For current information, see pricing and inclusions.
Suitability and a free home demonstration
Exo Motion Pro is for suitable adults who already walk independently and can follow fitting and operating instructions. It does not provide full body-weight support or replace a prescribed mobility aid or clinical advice.
The consultation and eligible Sydney home visit, personal fitting, guided trial and training are free, with no obligation to purchase. Appointment availability applies. Fitting and support outside Sydney must be agreed before purchase. See home demonstrations and safe-use guidance.
Delivery
The customer pays A$80 for initial delivery. Orders are dispatched within one business day after confirmation, with up to two further business days for delivery: within three business days in total. We confirm the delivery address and arrangements before payment.
Purchases using assessed funding
An enquiry, supplier quote, demonstration or product category is not funding approval. If funding is essential, obtain written confirmation of the approved item, contribution, ordering authority and payment arrangements from the responsible provider or plan team before buying. Do not assume a private purchase will later be reimbursed.
Exo Motion can coordinate supplier paperwork with your nominated contact after written consent. Clinical assessments and funding decisions remain independent. Read the AT-HM guide or NDIS purchase guide.
Seven-day change-of-mind returns
Our voluntary change-of-mind policy covers unused units in their original packaging within seven days of receipt. Used units do not qualify for this voluntary policy. Contact us within the seven-day window for return instructions before posting the unit. Customers arrange and pay return postage.
These conditions apply only to change-of-mind returns. They do not restrict Australian Consumer Law rights for faulty products. If a fault is confirmed, reasonable return costs will be reimbursed as required by law. See the published return policy.
Warranty and consumer rights
The 12-month written warranty is additional to applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Ask for the written warranty and discuss servicing, battery replacement and any costs outside warranty before ordering.
Nothing on this page excludes consumer guarantees or remedies that apply under Australian Consumer Law. The seven-day voluntary return window does not set a time limit on those rights. For more information, see the ACCC guidance on repairs, replacements and refunds.
