For a suitable older adult who wants more real-world time, is waiting for a funding decision or has not received AT-HM approval, private senior rental is available at A$129 per week with a four-week minimum. The initial term is A$516.
Weekly rental is subject to stock, service area, fitting, written rental terms, security arrangements and periodic equipment checks. It is separate from the A$129-per-day tourism rental.
