I understand that Exo Motion Pro is a wearable robotic assistance device used for a supervised guest experience. The session may involve walking, standing, stairs, ramps, inclines, uneven paths, fitting adjustments and staff instructions.

I acknowledge that participation carries risks, including slips, trips, falls, muscle fatigue, discomfort, skin irritation, impact with objects, aggravation of an existing condition and other foreseeable or unforeseeable injury.

Guest responsibilities

  • Follow all staff instructions.
  • Use the device only in approved areas.
  • Do not run, jump, misuse or adjust the device without staff.
  • Return the device immediately when requested.

Equipment care

  • I am responsible for loss or damage caused by deliberate misuse, reckless behaviour or ignoring staff instructions.
  • Normal operational wear is not the guest's responsibility.

4. Release, Indemnity & Medical Assistance

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release Exo Motion Pty Ltd, venue partners, staff, contractors and representatives from claims arising from my participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

I agree to indemnify them for loss or damage caused by my deliberate misuse, reckless conduct or failure to follow instructions. If urgent help is required, I authorise staff to seek first aid or emergency medical assistance.
