What a personal fitting covers
- Discuss suitability. Explain the intended user's walking goals, existing supports and any clinician involvement. Exo Motion Pro is for suitable adults who already walk independently, not a device to restore walking or replace a prescribed aid.
- Check the fit. A trained team member checks the belt, leg straps, comfort, controls and battery. A family member, carer or clinician can attend.
- Begin with guided steps. Start in a suitable familiar area with the agreed support nearby. Follow the directions for use and stop if discomfort, pain, dizziness or unsafe conditions occur.
- Review before deciding. Discuss comfort, practical usefulness and any questions. Results differ between people; a video or another customer's experience cannot determine your suitability.
Buying after the demonstration
Exo Motion Pro costs A$2,499, including personal fitting, training and a 12-month written warranty in addition to applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Delivery costs A$80, paid by the customer, making A$2,579 delivered for one unit. Delivery and support arrangements are confirmed before payment.
The eligible Sydney consultation and home demonstration are free, with no purchase obligation. Read the purchase price and inclusions, safe-use guidance and consented customer videos to prepare questions for your visit.
Considering Support at Home funding?
With written consent, we can supply the quote and product documents to your nominated care manager or provider.
