Before you book: users must be 190 cm or under, between 40 kg and 150 kg, able to walk independently and able to follow fitting guidance. The device provides walking assistance; it is not full body-weight support or medical treatment.

Can I book today?
No. Bookings require at least 24 hours notice so the unit can be charged, tested, cleaned, scheduled and delivered.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
If Exo Motion cannot reasonably provide the rental because of unsuitable operating conditions, guests can reschedule or request a refund under the Terms of Hire. Guests still choose their own public route and must use judgement on the day.
When is the deposit released?
The A$1,500 per-unit card pre-authorisation is normally released within 3-7 business days after return and inspection if no loss, damage, late return or unpaid charge applies. Bank timing may vary.
Do hotel names imply partnership?
No. Accommodation names used during booking are delivery reference options only and do not imply endorsement, appointment or active partnership unless publicly announced by Exo Motion.
