Exoskeletons are not all designed for the same task. Industrial supports, clinical gait-training systems and wearable walking-assistance products have different purposes. Exo Motion Pro is not industrial protective equipment or a replacement for a wheelchair, walker, prescribed walking aid or rehabilitation program.
For an older parent, begin with the activity that matters: a familiar walk, a trip to the shops, time in the garden or suitable stairs at home. Discuss any change in walking ability, falls, pain or balance with a qualified health professional. A product demonstration does not replace that assessment.

In eligible Sydney metropolitan areas, a free consultation, fitting and guided demonstration help the intended wearer and family consider the device before purchase. For a purchase elsewhere in Australia, confirm the delivery address, fitting, training and support arrangements with us before payment. National sales do not mean nationwide home visits. The A$80 purchase delivery charge is separate from a free eligible Sydney demonstration.
The confirmed purchase terms are dispatch within one business day and delivery within three business days after order confirmation. Seven-day change-of-mind returns apply from receipt to unused units in original packaging; the customer pays return postage. Read the delivery arrangements and complete return conditions before ordering.
If a care manager is helping with the decision, share the supplier information and quote-request pack. Assessed funding is separate from choosing or demonstrating the product.
Powered walking support in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane
A powered walking aid or robotic walking aid may describe wearable hip assistance, but it can also describe very different equipment. Exo Motion Pro is an exoskeleton for walking support in suitable adults who already walk independently. It does not provide the external balance support of a walker or the seated mobility of a wheelchair.

During a free eligible Sydney home visit, Exo Motion discusses the intended user's goals, fits the device and guides a short demonstration. The wearer and family can consider comfort, confidence using the controls and whether the assistance feels useful for a relevant activity.
There is no purchase obligation during the visit. Consider how the person will put the unit on, charge it, follow the directions for use and obtain help if needed. If it does not fit safely or the person cannot use it appropriately, do not proceed simply because the technology looks promising.

Private purchase or an assessed AT-HM pathway
Suitable customers can buy privately. An eligible Support at Home participant may instead ask their provider and assessor whether a purchase is appropriate for their assessed needs. Exo Motion does not decide eligibility, prescribe the device or approve funding.
With written consent, we can supply a quotation, product specifications, fitting observations and supplier information to the nominated care manager or provider. Wait for written approval and confirmation of any contribution before ordering if funding is essential to your decision.

- Fit and ability: the supported weight range is 40-150 kg, with individual suitability and fitting checks. The wearer must be able to walk independently and follow guidance.
- Weight: the stated 1.8 kg device weight is for the single-battery configuration; the dual-battery configuration is 2.1 kg.
- Battery range: up to 15 km. Actual range varies with wearer, terrain, assistance level, temperature and battery condition. Plan around realistic use, not a maximum-range claim.
- Safety: follow the directions for use and keep prescribed aids and sensible supports unless a qualified clinician advises otherwise.
- Support: confirm delivery, fitting, training, warranty and after-sales contact details in writing.
